Membership & Offer Terms & Conditions
Membership Terms
Minimum term: all weekly memberships, including Founding Member rates, have an 8-week minimum term.
Cancelling: after the minimum term, you can cancel with 14 days’ written notice. Payments continue until the notice period ends.
Pausing: you can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per calendar year, with a minimum of 7 days per pause and at least 7 days’ notice. There is no fee to pause.
Late cancellations and no-shows: please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class. Your first late cancellation and your first no-show in any rolling 30-day period are free. After that, a $10 fee applies to each, charged to your nominated payment method. A late cancelled or missed class still counts towards your weekly allowance.
Founding Member rate: limited to the first 25 members. Your Founding rate is fixed for 3 years from your start date while your membership stays active; after 3 years we may move you to our standard rate with at least 30 days’ written notice. Pausing doesn’t affect your Founding rate, but if you cancel, it can’t be reinstated and the offer can’t be purchased again.
Payments: memberships are billed weekly to your nominated card or account. If a payment fails, it will be automatically retried. No surcharge or processing fee is added to card or direct debit payments.
Price changes: apart from the Founding Member price lock, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change. Changes never apply to a period you’ve already paid for.
Non-transferable: memberships are for the named member only and can’t be transferred to another person.
Your rights: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and the full Physio Focus Pilates Terms & Conditions (clauses 3 and 4).
Physio-Led Intro Pass Terms
Two options: Studio Clinical ($250) or Clinical Reformer ($220). Each includes one Initial Assessment plus 3 classes of that type.
For new clients only. One Intro Pass per person (Studio Clinical or Clinical Reformer, not both), and not transferable.
Valid for 6 weeks (42 days) from your first visit. Unused sessions expire at the end of this period and are not refundable, except where required by law.
Your Initial Assessment must be completed before your first class. If your physio recommends a different class for you, our team will talk you through your options.
The Studio Clinical pass can only be used for Studio Clinical classes, and the Clinical Reformer pass only for Clinical Reformer classes. Neither is valid for specialty classes or workers compensation or CTP claims.
Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or class. Late cancellations and no-shows use that session.
Health fund rebates may apply depending on your level of extras cover. We can’t guarantee rebate amounts.
